Before you think that 'delivery' cannot be grand enough for reunion dinners, you'll be surprised what Yum Cha can provide! One look at this glistening rooster-shaped niangao and it totally enthralled all my guests with its unique shape. We have not seen this anywhere and it is so befitting of The Year of Rooster 🐓
On the indulging end of the menu, pamper your family members with bountiful dishes such as the signature Abalone Pen Cai and the Suckling Pig. 😍😍😍
Filled with goodness, the Abalone Pen Cai has fish maw, sea cucumbers, dry conpoy, dried oysters, "Fatt Choy" and roasted pork. Yum Cha’s Suckling Pig, roasted in-house by our BBQ specialist, is another signature Chinese New Year dish which should not be missed too.
Chopsticks, plastic plates, spoons, tablecloth and trashbags are provided for your convenience. This means no washing with a quick 3-min clearing up session. Yum Cha do not collect the leftovers, so you can finish up your party any time you like. Go straight for games, mahjong, poker or conversations after your dinner (or while having dinner, if that rocks your boat!)

The yusheng from Yum Cha was really delicious even though it has traveled some distance to the far West to my house. It is a must-have for me during gatherings because it's such a great way to bond with everyone with this fun activity! Do not worry about messing up the table because there's a disposable table cloth provided, remember?
