The last of the series... for 齐秦组! Throughout the preliminary rounds, I was quite surprised that 齐秦 wasn't that popular among the contestants, probably because there is a big age gap. However, he is truly the giant of his generation and I believe he should be able to whip his students into shape soon. Here are my top 5! 

胡慧仪 | 落叶归根
Her sweet and soft voice hides a wealth of lung power that can be unleashed whenever needed. The occasional touches of emotion also yank forcefully at the heartstrings of any listener.

郑心慈 | 火柴天堂
I'm always impressed by anyone who can sing this song to perfection (cue: steel lungs). Why she will excel: audiences dig slightly pitiful and hollow voices, especially those that can create mental imagery just by singing alone.




李致贤 | 我最亲爱的
He has a subtle uniqueness in his singing and the steadiness of his stage presence could edge out his PK partner.



刘双双 | 致青春
Ghostly and hollow, her voice instantly induces hairs to stand across the room. The irregular beats of the song make this a rather difficult song to master and perform. I still like the original Faye Wong's version which was the theme song for my favourite Chinese movie, So Young directed by Vicki Zhao.



魏然 | 爱是怀疑
My second favourite male contestant in this season (favourite: 耿斯汉) for his easygoing, non-imposing, effortless singing. I'm so glad he made it through so many obstacles in the preliminary rounds to land the last spot in 齐秦's team.
