The Entertainer Singapore: Blisshouse Theme Restaurant

Dreamy, dainty, floral wonderland at Blisshouse.

Blisshouse has always been a familiar name for extravagant event hosting, known for its gorgeous backdrops and white trellis interior. I've always been curious about what cuisine they serve in this gorgeous house, so when I saw Blisshouse listed on The Entertainer, I was thrilled to try their menu out at 2-for-1 prices.

You can check out their full menu here... not that they only serves pasta, but occasionally when that craving hits, I just got to have it. The best part? I totally don't regret it. Either I was really hungry, or their Mushroom Alfredo Tagliatelle (SGD20) has got to be among the best I've had. I've no idea how they made it, but the proportion of everything was just perfect with the al dente pasta. The Soft Shell Crab Arrabiata Linguine (SGD23.4) on the other hand, was also savoury, tangy and really appetizing... the soft shell crab requires some effort to unravel, but in fact it was quite fresh so it slips out of its shell easily. All in all, at least these two dishes were quite stellar. I wished I had greater appetite to enjoy its other mains and desserts but that'll be left for next time.
